First off, Hai! :]
I'm a relatively new to the fandom (about a year), My 'sona is a gray rat named Ellie. ^_^ Altho, my *coughs* male-ish name is Remi. Yes, you might have guessed that this doesn't sound very girl-ish as my 'sona. Indeed, I am one who do (or did... not as much these days) mix genders. Oh and I am approaching the fearful 30 of age (in a few years, thank god!) and I'm from the south-shore of Montreal, Fairly close to Silver in fact!
What to say... I am getting my hand into drawing (hence, how i've found V's stream of goodness with all the awesome people there  ), I used to be into props making for costumes (mostly star wars related) but had to put it on hold for some personal reason. For living, I am 'skilled?' into the dark arts of computer programming and fixing and looking for a job >.< Aside of that, i'm planning *possibly* a fursuit someday but it's really a big maybe.
What else, aside the fandom, I used to be a big big big time MMO' player but.. art has taken over my time. I still do play alot of games tho but, MMOs addiction have been passed to my girlfriend/mate/roommate/etc.

ohh and, I'm a native French speaker but I've been using English on a daily basis for at least the last decade (well, at least written) so, Feel free to reply in either language! ^_^ and i'm eager to get to meet everybody, either if it's only on the forum or at the meeting!

bon bien, Salut tout le monde,
Je suis relativement nouveau au fandom (a peu pres un an) et mon 'sona est un rat gris appelée Ellie. ^_^ Mais.. mon male-ish (ce se dit dont mal en francais ca...) nom est Remi. Oui oui, ca sonne pas tres feminin comme mon 'sona. Effectivement, je fais parti de ceux dont l'apparence est parfois trompeuse. Aussi, j'ai presque atteint le maudit 30 ans (quoi qu'il me reste quelques annees) et je suis de la rive sud de Montreal, proche de Silver!
Quoi dire... J'essaye de m'ammeliorer dans le dessin (merci V pour ton stream, je serais jamais atterri ici sinon), je faisait aussi des props pour des costumes il y a quelques temps (mais j'ai dut mettre ca sur pause pour raison personelle) et pour gagner mon pain et mon beurre, je suis dans l'informatique (la version anglaise de cette partie la etais vachement mieux >.>) et je me cherche du travail malheureusement. Egalement, j'aimerais un moment donner me faire un fursuit mais... c'est encore au stade de peut-etre.
Appart du fandom, j'etais tres tres impliquer dans les MMO mais, le dessin a fini par prendre le dessus. Je game encore mais, j'ai laisser les MMO a ma conjointe/blonde/coloc/etc.
J'ai aussi un FurAffinity pour ceux qui sont interesser mais il contiens des (( wow, j'ai jamais eut autant de misere a traduire une partie d'un message comme ca moi )) ... erm.. trucs mature (( Je pense c'est le mieux je peux sortir v.v )) alors un click averti en vaux deux! :3 http://www.furaffinity.net/user/elliena/
Je suis natif Francophone mais j'utilise l'Anglais sur une base reguliere depuis au moins le dernier dix ans alors pas de probleme pour repondre dans une ou l'autre, ca me va! Ohh et, j'ai super hate de renceontrer tout le monde, soit juste sure le forum ou aux meetings! ^_^
